How do I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order within 24 hours, send us a message or email us directly at info@houndandpack.com, please include your order number and name.
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns currently, you are responsible for the cost of your returns unless your item is found to be faulty.
How do I place an order for a custom/bespoke order?
For custom orders please do send us an email with your requirements and ideas.
You are more than welcome to provide images, measurements or drawings.
We will get back to you with a price and how to proceed if you wish to go ahead.

How long does it take to receive my crate bedding?
Please allow up to a maximum of 2 weeks from the date your order your crate bedding for it to be made and sent out to you. Plus your delivery time depending on your location.
Can I wash my crate bedding?
Yes, we recommend hand washing only. However, you can machine wash your crate bed outer cushion cover if you need to (30 degree delicate cycle). For more information on our washing and care guidelines visit our blog post.
